Maybach Music Group

MMG started by super star rapper Rick Ross, is a hip hop music record label that is killing the charts. Since its beginnings in 2008 MMG has been climbing the ladder of success with hit albums such as "Deeper than rap", "Teflon Don" and "Self-made". There are a number of factors that set MMG apart from other records labels, firstly the musical content; throughout the MMG roster artists share a similar theme in their music which is "the streets" it is like all the artist share one canvas and each of them add to the painting, this is seen in the compilation album "self-made which features all the artist on the MMG roster. Secondly Rick Ross has so far signed only new talent to his record label suck as Meek Mill and Wale who both has released number one hits like "im a boss and lotus flower bomb" under the record label. The future seems bright for the Maybach Music Group which is not seen as just a record label but a movement which is growing globally and has attracted the attention of clothing company Reebok and vodka company Ciroc who has signed million dollar endorsement deals with the record company.
